Tanzania: Zitto Kabwe , Three Others Stripped of Duties

CHADEMA Deputy Secretary General , Zitto Kabwe has been stripped of all his duties following allegations of gross misconduct to party ethics.

This was announced during a press conference in Dar es Salaam by the newly appointed Party Legal Advisor, Mr Tundu Lissu saying that apart from Zitto Kabwe, ethe measures affected three other senior CHADEMA officials and were with immediate effect.

"These actions are a result of evidence from a document of people calling themselves 'Network of Winners' that mentions Zitto Kabwe who is referred to as MM, Dr Kitilla Mkumbo as M1, Samson Mwigamba as M3 and a yet unknown person who is referred to as M2 and mentioned to be in a Party Secretariat at the headquarters," he said.

On Friday TooFab reported several of the clan's men - and one adorable baby - were not asked to pose for the holiday greeting.

On top of the list was Kanye West, who was once so obsessed with joining the family that he drew himself with a Sharpee pen into their 2011 card. Baby North West, Rob Kardashian and Lamar Odom also won't be in the picture when it's revealed during their upcoming E! holiday special, which airs December 1.

Chris Brown Being Treated For ADD & Depression While In Rehab

Chris Brown has been dealing with a lot of legal issues over the last several months. It turns out the R&B star has also been dealing with clinical mental and emotional issues as well. Radar Online got access to documents which indicate that Brown suffers from Attention Deficit Disorder and depression and is being treated for those conditions while in rehab.

A probation report reveals that Brown’s set backs in his anger management treatments were the result of him feeling that he was not properly credited with community service hours he had performed. It also states that the 22-year-old singer attempted to enter the P.A.A.W.S. program as part of the terms for his probation, but was unable to do so because he was on medication at the time. The program prohibits workers using meds.

Brown is still on probation for the 2009 assault on then girlfriend Rihanna. After facing another assault charge in Washington, D.C., he admitted himself into rehab before being kicked out of the program for another violent outburst. A judge ordered Brown back to rehab for 90-days. He is also subject to random drug testing and must take any medication prescribed by his doctors.

A letter from the rehab center reads in part (emphasis ours):

Our hope is that Mr Brown will re-engage in treatment and get the help he requires for his dual diagnosis issues and become a positive role model in society that we absolutely believe he has the ability to become.

Ms Macedo, an administration student, had been embroiled in controversy leading up the event when she suggested on social media that the result would be fixed to give the title to rival Mari Sousa.

Kanye West pleads not guilty in paparazzo 'attack' case as he faces up to a year in jail

Kanye West has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor battery and attempted grand theft in a case filed over a scuffle with a celebrity photographer earlier this year.

Attorney Blair Berk entered the plea on the rapper's behalf Thursday in a Los Angeles court. 

West was charged with two misdemeanors in September over a July altercation with paparazzo Daniel Ramos at Los Angeles International Airport.

Prosecutors declined to file felony charges against West, but decided to pursue the misdemeanors. 

West, who has a daughter North with his fiance Kim Kardashian, faces up to a year in jail if convicted of both charges or a $1,000 fine.

Ramos claims West punched him in an unprovoked attack and wrestled his camera to the ground on July 19.

(UPI) -- Lady Gaga and her boyfriend of two years Taylor Kinney are not broken up.The "Applause" singer and her actor boyfriend were spotted kissing backstage at the YouTube Music Awards Sunday, a day before British tabloid The Sun claimed the couple had called it quits over Gaga's busy lifestyle.
In a video of the kiss, posted on Instagram by former American Idol contestant Alex Ryan, Kinney and Gaga can be seen kissing and joking around with friends. It also appeared the pop star was wearing the same faux grin for the kiss that she wore during her performance of "Dope."

While The Sun claimed Kinney left Gaga over her "insane workload" and "alter-egos," a source close to the couple told Us Weekly that the rumors were simply "not true."

Lil Scrappy Signs New Label Deal With Chinga Chang/Sony Ent

Rapper and reality television star Lil Scrappy’s Gru$tle Gang Records has found a new distribution home for his next project. Scrappy signed a deal with Chinga Chang Records and Sony Entertainment to release his third studio album Reparations.

“Partnering with Chinga Chang Records is the best move I’ve made since I entered the Hip-Hop game, period!” says Scrappy. “Reparations reflect the maturity and wisdom I’ve learned from being in this industry.”

The upcoming LP will be the Atlanta resident’s first since dropping 2012′s The Gru$tle. That album was released independently after Scrappy and Def Jam Records parted ways.

Up next Scrappy will be sending the singles “They Hate Me” and “Juicy On My Mind” to radio and digital retail stores on December 5th. He will also be rejoining the cast ofLove & Hip Hop Atlanta for season three in January.

Reparations is scheduled for release in spring 2014.

A woman drama teacher who pestered a teenage boy for sex in a series of Facebook messages has been struck off.

Lindsay Black, 28, also asked her sixth form class at a Roman Catholic school 'who's a virgin?' and made pupils stand-up if they hadn't had sex.

And in another incident she got the class to play a game called 'I have never' where she would ask them if they had performed sex acts, the disciplinary hearing was told.

She was also alleged to have told the teenagers to mime out sex acts at St Joseph's Roman Catholic High School in Newport, South Wales.

The disciplinary hearing was told how the schoolboy actor, known as Pupil A, showed other pupils text messages from Miss Black as he rehearsed for the Queen show We Will Rock You.

English teacher Abigail Watts said: 'I heard comments from other pupils about Miss Black liking pupils and I asked what this meant.

'They said she had been Facebook messaging Pupil A - she told him she had a dream about them having sex. They had not met up but they had been talking about it.'

'No-spy' pact with Germany unlikely despite Snowden's revelations

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States is working to improve intelligence cooperation with Germany but a sweeping "no-spy" agreement between the two countries is unlikely, a senior Obama administration official said on Tuesday.

German and U.S. intelligence officials are meeting this week following reports that the National Security Agency had monitored German Chancellor Angela Merkel's mobile phone.

Senior German officials met at the White House last week with the national security adviser, Susan Rice, and other U.S. officials to discuss how to improve intelligence cooperation and ease strains resulting from the Merkel reports.

Conn. College Defends Lockdown Set off by Costume

Officials at Central Connecticut State University on Tuesday defended the police and school response to reports of a masked man with a gun and sword a day earlier, when law enforcement swarmed the campus and buildings were locked down for three hours.

The man turned out to be a student dressed in an apparent Halloween costume and carrying a steel sword and a BB handgun, police and school officials said. No one was harmed, but many people were frightened, they said.

Classes resumed Tuesday at the school in New Britain, about eight miles southwest of Hartford, and counseling was offered. Campus police said the student, 21-year-old David Kyem, was arrested for a second time on Tuesday because he was found on campus after being warned not to return until meeting with school officials.

The city of Chicago may have just gotten Derrick Rose back, but another Chi-town star will not be performing in front of the hometown crowd as expected. It’s being reported that the two United Center stops on Kanye West’s ”Yeezus Tour” have been postponed.

The postponement of the November 7th and 9th dates comes after previous tour stops in Vancouver, Denver, and Minneapolis were postponed last week. An apparent traffic accident that damaged equipment from Kanye’s stage performance was announced as the reason for the sudden cancellations. Neither Chicago shows were sold out.

There is no official word on the scheduled November 8th date in Columbus, Ohio. COSreports that the Yeezus Tour is expected to continue in Detroit on November 10th.

Official: 4 dead, 25 rescued in collapse at construction site on upmarket Nigerian island

  An emergency official says four people were crushed to death and 25 rescued from the rubble when a four-story building under construction collapsed in the Nigerian economic center of Lagos.

General manager Femi Oke-Osanyintolu of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency said Tuesday they had sealed off the building site on upmarket Victoria Island.

Several workers injured when the top floor of the building collapsed on Monday have been hospitalized.

Such accidents are frequent in this West African nation where corruption is endemic and building contractors often use inferior products and cut corners. Dozens of people have died in collapsed buildings this year.

Tunisia crisis deepens after failure to pick new PM

Tunis (AFP) - There was no end in sight to Tunisia's months-long political crisis Tuesday after ruling Islamists and the opposition failed to agree on an independent premier after two missed deadlines.

The birthplace of the Arab Spring has been mired in political stalemate following the assassination of two prominent opposition leaders by suspected jihadists earlier this year.

The opposition has accused the ruling Ennahda, a moderate Islamist party, of having failed to rein in extremists long-suppressed by former strongman Zine El Abidine Ben Ali as the country has been rattled by a string of attacks mainly targeting security forces.

The ruling Islamists and the opposition opened hard-won talks on October 25 to form a government of independents, draft a much-delayed constitution and prepare for elections as part of a roadmap with a tight timetable.

But on Monday mediators from the powerful UGTT union confederation said the dialogue had been suspended until there are "favourable grounds for talks to succeed," after the two sides failed to agree on a new prime minister.

DMX Rep Issues Statement About Rapper’s Latest Arrest

 DMX was arrested again Monday night (11/4). It was reported that the rapper was taken into custody in South Carolina on charges of driving on a suspended license, driving while uninsured, and driving an unlicensed  vehicle.

DMX (born Earl Simmons) was arrested for driving without a license in South Carolina back in February. He was also arrested for DUI in the state in July, and again in August for marijuana possession after a traffic stop.

According to the rapper’s rep Domenick Nati, X has already been released from jail and this latest incident will not prevent the It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot creator from fulfilling his upcoming professional obligations. Nati issued the following statement:

DMX was released at 9:46pm Eastern Monday night. He was arrested on minor
traffic charges and spent only three hours in jail. This short arrest will not
affect any of his upcoming concerts and he is planning on performing with Swizz Beatz on Wednesday’s Wendy Williams Show.

Report says that this man Fabio Beraldo Rigol of 47 year old was homeless since the past 13 year and he doesn’t have money, not even for eating, that’s why he lived like this.

He said that his family disowned him but he took permission of his dead friend before entering to tomb. He also said that after leaving the house, he walked on streets.
